We’re a product development company of over 160 experts based in Zagreb, working locally on global digital products for none other than Porsche.
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our MyPorsche App team – one of our core product teams behind the mobile app used by Porsche drivers worldwide. This app gives users remote access to key vehicle functions, personalized content, and real-time information. From locking the car, setting speed or location alerts, to pre-heating the vehicle or checking the charge level of an electric Porsche, everything is just a tap away. It’s fast, intuitive, and available on iOS and Android for all Porsche drivers.
As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll help shape the future of the MyPorsche App, work alongside talented professional and design innovative solutions that elevate the Porsche ownership experience.
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI designer for digital services and products, and working in extensive design systems
keen eye for detail, strong visual design, and presentation skills
extensive knowledge and staying up to date in the fields of graphic design, typography, photography, illustration, motion design, and branding
experience designing digital products end-to-end
skilled in crafting beautiful and an emotionally engaging interfaces
in your design process you integrate the user-centred design approach and design thinking
your inner design cyborg loves the AI tools, a perfect Turbo boost for your creativity and workflow efficiency
accustomed in using metrics and analytics to evaluate the user experience and iterating your designs based on research insights
ability to explain your design decisions
experience working with developers, other UX/UI designers, and product managers
you are a team player who shares the responsibility within the team, but can also take initiative and deliver things on your own
excellent command of written and spoken English
curiosity about emerging AI technologies and their impact on products
Awareness of ethical considerations in AI-assisted design
Nice to have/bonus points:
familiarity with conducting user-research
experience with developing and maintaining design systems
experience working within agile teams
German language knowledge
Your responsibilities
making state-of-the-art UIs, as you translate user needs, design language and business requirements into elegant solutions to complex problems
holding a big picture while contributing with your outstanding and carefully crafted designs to create exciting digital journeys for Porsche customers
collaborating with other designers, developers and product managers in creating the best end product
communicating and delivering your ideas in an understandable and actionable way, depending on the stage of the design process: be it strategic ideas, concepts, testing mock-ups and prototypes, user flows, final designs and deliverables for development, making sure to use most appropriate design artefacts to present them.
staying curious and up to date with new tools, methods, and trends in the field of technology and design,
sharing with and learning from inspiring colleagues and global design communities of Porsche AG and Porsche Digital
using your designer skills to build up empathy for the people using our products
integrating AI tools thoughtfully into your design process to enhance efficiency and creativity, and help define best practices for human-AI collaboration in design workflows
SALARY RANGE
2500-3500 € gross
