Together with colleagues from Porsche AG, our OTA team manages that process end to end: preparing, delivering, monitoring, and supporting Over-the-Air updates on a global scale. It’s a complex chain of systems, people, and decisions, all working together to deliver improvements that require less service visits, saves time, and keep the customer experience in top gear.

Our developers build backend systems that create and deliver OTA packages quickly, with high accuracy and maximum efficiency. They’re constantly optimizing workflows to reduce the time it takes to develop, test, and deploy an update. Meanwhile, our support specialists monitor the entire process in real time to ensure drivers enjoy a smooth, uninterrupted experience.
