As a Salesforce Engineer, you’ll join us at an early stage of defining the concept and architecture of a new CRM platform that will support our core processes in sales, marketing, and customer support on Salesforce.
From day one, you’ll design the architecture, analyse business needs, and shape the development roadmap. Together with experienced Product Owners, you’ll define how to best leverage Salesforce - what to build, what to configure, and how to connect everything into one scalable system that drives real business impact.

Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
- good understanding of Salesforce CRM data model and platform capabilities
- hands-on experience with Data Cloud (Data 360), including ingestion, unification, DMOs, and data stream management
- deep expertise in the Salesforce Core (Accounts, Contacts, Person Accounts) and the ability to enforce rigorous standards (naming conventions, picklist management, metadata integrity)
- strong background in building solutions using Apex (triggers, integrations) as well as declarative excellence in Flows
- relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Data Cloud)
- strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- experience with Agile or hybrid development methodologies
- strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a development team
- fluency in English; German is a plus
Your responsibilities
- designing scalable, future-proof solutions with a deep understanding of core software engineering principles
- having the authority to define validation rules and duplication management while maintaining a clean architectural footprint
- building streamline Salesforce deployment and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless delivery
- planning, development, deployment, and maintaining various solutions
- defining tasks and providing time estimates
- writing clean, maintainable code and testing it
- rolling out new features
- collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to shape the solution to Porsche’s needs
- presenting your solutions to stakeholders and/or groups of colleagues
- proactively communicating with other team members and project stakeholders
- participating in code reviews, pairing, and other forms of knowledge sharing
- continually improving your skills and supporting others in developing theirs
- working in a cross-functional team
Salary Range
4500-6000 € gross
