We’re now looking for a Product Owner to join our newly forming Platform team, where you’ll lead CRM initiatives and integrations across Porsche ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll define the product vision, work closely with business stakeholders, and turn customer support and operational needs into scalable CRM solutions. You’ll guide a cross-functional team from discovery to delivery, ensuring smooth integrations and efficient workflows across systems.

If you have strong Product Owner experience, a deep understanding of CRM platforms, and a good grasp of customer support processes, you’ll have the chance to play a key role in shaping a new team and influencing how we manage customer interactions at scale.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in defining or implementing digital products
proven experience navigating the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to delivering production-ready software
outstanding communication skills with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
experience in cross team collaboration
experience working in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
strong decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
experience working with CRM and CRM integrations
experience and understanding of customer support, customer ticket lifecycle, multichannel support (email, chat, phone, social)
excellent command of written and spoken English

Bonus points

experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools
experience working in SAFe environment
experience working in a product-oriented, cross-functional organization
experience with SalesForce specifically
experience in automotive, mobility, or enterprise software environments

Your responsibilities

serving as the bridge between the Engineering team and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and shared goals
defining and maintaining a clear product mission and roadmap
prioritizing engineering initiatives in close collaboration with tech leads and business partners
coordinating with the Scrum Master to optimize team workflows and deliver product outcomes effectively.
driving communication with all stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
ensuring compliance of data products with company and legal policies (e.g., data privacy, security, and retention)
defining and monitoring data quality metrics and addressing data quality issues as they arise
writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria for data solutions
coordinating with product managers, engineers, analysts, and UX/UI designers to deliver value incrementally
facilitating stakeholder feedback loops to continuously improve our data products
supporting the team in maximizing the business value

Salary Range

3800 - 5200 € gross
