With more and more cars relying on frequent and seamless updates, our growing OTA Operations Center in Zagreb is taking on work that’s getting more exciting every day.
As an OTA Software Release Specialist, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and executing OTA campaigns. That means being involved in the entire update process: from planning, preparation, and testing to reporting, monitoring, and problem-solving. Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
- at least 3 years of professional experience in a technically oriented environment involving knowledge of the company’s products and services
- comfortable working in and assisting others through the company’s help desk software
- experience with ticketing systems, such as BMC Remedy, Zendesk, Jira
- knowledge of basic ITIL processes for ticket handling
- ability to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with various technical requests
- great attention to detail—the devil is in the details, so you should be able to spot issues others usually miss
- strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
- experience managing complex sets and sources of data
- proactivity and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities and deadlines
- ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
- ability to work independently and think creatively to solve challenges in a mission-oriented organization
- ability to adapt to multinational and multi-language environment
- effective communication and organizational skills
- excellent command of written and spoken English
Bonus points
- strong technical background with experience in complex projects for OTA software update and OTA functionalities in general
- basic knowledge of coding, compile, build, and flashing tools
- understanding and experience with Agile methodologies
- working knowledge of SAFe methodology
- knowledge of German language
Your responsibilities
- researching and analyzing OTA updates and modules
- planning and preparation of OTA update campaigns for Porsche’s customer vehicle fleet worldwide
- analyzing and solving problems for consumers reported in various ticketing boards
- managing current OTA update process
- OTA software bundle pre-testing on HIL's and Porsche vehicles
- error tracking of worldwide OTA update campaigns, including testing and analysis
- planning and troubleshooting in coordination with the international markets and OTA operations teams
- processing of status and dashboard information
- custom report creation
- documentation of new findings and issues
- creating requirements for software developers
Salary Range
1250 - 1800 € gross
