That’s why we’re looking for a new valuable team member who will be an important addition to the company as IT Operations Support Specialist.
As an IT Operations Support Specialist you will cover many different tasks, from account and user management for our tools and services, taking care of equipment purchases to holding IT trainings. You will be in touch with all your colleagues, never mind the team, and your great solutions as well as new ideas, will be recognized and applied widely.
Qualifications & Experience
general understanding of IT and min. 1 year of experience on similar jobs
good knowledge of macOS operating system
capability to prioritize and manage time and multiple priorities simultaneously
ability to analyse a given problem, diagnose it and find the root cause
great sense for on-the-fly troubleshooting
ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written
positive and supportive attitude
Nice to have/bonus points:
experience working with international team
German language knowledge
experience with Microsoft 365 tools and administration
Your responsibilities
being in charge of the account and user management for our tools and services (Microsoft365, Atlassian, 1Password, GitLab, VPN...)
being first in line for office network support (triaging support requests and taking care of basic troubleshooting and reporting)
taking care of company devices - such as repairing or returns
taking care of asset and inventory management
taking care of work equipment administration related tasks
handling software procurement / license management
supporting the process of purchasing IT hardware and software
supporting employees onboarding and offboarding process(equipment, licences)
providing IT support for non-technical staff (Office, Finance, HR...)
organizing and performing IT trainings
SALARY RANGE
1250 - 1800 € gross
