As our Data 360 Engineer, you’ll join us at an early stage of defining the concept and architecture of a new CRM platform on Salesforce, designed to support core processes in sales, marketing, and customer support.

From day one, you’ll help shape the Data 360 architecture, analyse business and data requirements, and influence the development roadmap. Together with experienced Product Owners, you’ll define how to get the most out of Salesforce Data 360 - how to model, unify, transform, and activate data, and how to connect everything into one scalable data platform that drives real business impact.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience

  • deep hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade Salesforce Data 360 solutions 
  • expert knowledge of data ingestion, Data Streams, connectors, batch/streaming ingestion, Ingestion APIs, and Zero Copy patterns 
  • strong expertise in Data 360 data modelling, including DLOs, standard/custom DMOs, relationships, keys, and data mappings 
  • deep understanding of Identity Resolution, including match rules, reconciliation rules, and Unified Profiles 
  • strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, and large-scale data processing 
  • experience with Data Graphs, Segmentation, Activations, and Data Actions 
  • strong understanding of performance, scalability, troubleshooting, and Data 360 credit consumption optimization 
  • experience with Data Spaces, security, data governance, data quality, and data lineage 
  • strong experience integrating Data 360 with Salesforce and external platforms using APIs, streaming, and event-driven patterns 
  • experience with Data 360 deployment and lifecycle management across environments 
  • Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant or comparable hands-on expertise 

Your responsibilities

  • designing scalable, future-proof Data 360 solutions with a deep understanding of data architecture and core software engineering principles 
  • defining data models, identity resolution rules, data quality standards, and governance principles while maintaining a clean architectural footprint 
  • building and improving deployment and CI/CD processes to ensure reliable delivery across environments 
  • planning, developing, deploying, and maintaining Data 360 solutions 
  • defining tasks and providing time estimates 
  • implementing clean, maintainable solutions using Data Streams, DMOs, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, APIs, and related Data 360 capabilities 
  • rolling out new features and continuously improving existing solutions 
  • collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to shape solutions to Porsche’s needs 
  • presenting your solutions and architectural decisions to stakeholders and/or groups of colleagues 
  • proactively communicating with other team members and project stakeholders 
  • participating in solution reviews, pairing, and other forms of knowledge sharing 
  • continually improving your skills and supporting others in developing theirs 
  • working in a cross-functional team
