As a CRM Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in translating complex business needs and processes into scalable CRM solutions. Your focus will be on customer profiles and master data processes, analyzing existing processes, defining and documenting their future state across the Porsche ecosystem.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers and stakeholders to understand business requirements, model future processes, and ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and fit in the wider system landscape. Your expertise in CRM platforms, customer data, and business processes will help shape functional concepts, support solution design, and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
- a solid understanding of CRM functionalities, capabilities and processes; experience with Salesforce or other leading CRM platforms is highly welcome
- hands-on experience in business requirements analysis, process modeling and functional concept development in a CRM environment
- strong background in customer data and customer master data management
- experience working with Consent Management systems and data privacy processes
- experience with Agile or hybrid development methodologies
- a solid understanding of software development processes and the collaboration between business and technical teams
- strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional product team
- fluent English
Bonus points
- experience working with Consent Management systems and data privacy processes
- German language skills
- Salesforce automotive cloud, sales cloud and/or data cloud
- Experience in Automotive industry
Your responsibilities
- analyze and design business processes with a focus on customer profile and master data
- translate business requirements into functional concepts, process models and actionable tasks
- contribute to CRM solution designs, customer data models and integration processes
- advise business owners and internal teams on solution options and present the proposed concepts
- collaborate with Product Owners, Software Engineers and business teams to refine and prioritize requirements and ensure solution feasibility
- support the rollout of new features and business processes
- actively contribute at workshops, reviews and knowledge sharing within an agile, cross-functional team
