Within the Payment Service division, we globally collaborate in cross-functional product teams. Together, we craft customized Porsche services that seamlessly integrate into our customers' digital lives, firmly believing in the power of global collaboration and lean, data-driven processes.

Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in this or similar roles
experience in analysing payment transaction data or e-commerce KPIs
expertise in requirements engineering, business process management and customer journey mapping
analytical way of working characterized by conceptual and communicational skills
experience with managing complex sets and sources of data
flexibility to work both independently as a pro-active problem solver as well as collaborate in a cross-functional team to deliver on a common goal
strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
strong communication/ presentation and organizational skills
degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable course of study
fluency in English language
Bonus points:
experience with Tableau or related BI tools
experience with SQL
experience with software development projects
Your responsibilities
analysing problems and creating solutions for consumers in their current payment / omnichannel checkout journey
status management and reporting to stakeholder management
analysis and recording of internal and external data analysis and KPI tracking requirements for the payment processes of all sales channels
supporting the analysis and definition of processes
accompanying the requirements gathering and develop the customer journey together with our customers
contributing to the project work in the national and international environment
establishment and further development of ePayment data processes and systems
implementation and management of projects for the integration of payment solutions per market and business area
SALARY RANGE
1500 - 2800 € gross
