As a Salesforce Expert, you will play a key role in translating complex business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions. From designing data models and flows to implementing features across multiple Clouds, your work will directly influence how we manage customer data, optimize processes, and deliver value across the Porsche ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, maintainable, and aligned with business needs. Your deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, combined with solid technical knowledge and programming principles, will help shape system architecture, guide integrations, and support innovation across our digital platforms.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience

a solid understanding of the functionalities, capabilities, and cross-cloud integrations across the entire Salesforce platform
hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and configuring data models and flows, with a strong focus on SF Automotive/Sales Cloud and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data360
strong background in managing customer data (candidates with experience in the Automotive industry will have a distinct advantage)
familiarity with Salesforce APIs and modern integration concepts
experience working with Consent Management systems and data privacy processes
experience with Agile or hybrid development methodologies
a solid understanding of programming concepts, software architecture, and the software development lifecycle
strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
ability to work independently and collaboratively in a development team
fluent English, German is a plus

Your responsibilities

analyzing complex business processes and translating them into scalable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
designing, implementing, and configuring data models and automations (Flows)
advising business owners and internal teams on optimal use of various Salesforce patterns
participating in shaping system architecture and integration processes
working within a product team, leveraging your understanding of programming concepts to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions
defining tasks and providing time estimates
rolling out new features
collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams
being able to present your solutions in front of stakeholders and/or a group of colleagues
proactively communicating with other team members and project stakeholders
participating in code reviews, pairing, and other forms of knowledge sharing
continually improving your skills and pushing others to go forward with their knowledge
working in a cross-functional team

Salary Range

3500 – 5500 EUR Gross
