Not another Salesforce role, but a chance to define how a CRM platform is built, scaled, and evolved from day one. Ready to lead the way?
First things first
Get to know us
We’re a team of 180+ experts with different backgrounds and skills, but the same goal: building great digital products and platforms within the Porsche ecosystem.
As a Salesforce Engineer, you’ll join us at an early stage of defining the concept and architecture of a new CRM platform that will support our core processes in sales, marketing, and customer support on Salesforce.
From day one, you’ll design the architecture, analyse business needs, and shape the development roadmap. Together with experienced Product Owners, you’ll define how to best leverage Salesforce - what to build, what to configure, and how to connect everything into one scalable system that drives real business impact.
If influencing the foundation of a long-term CRM platform and guiding its evolution sounds like your kind of gig, you’ll feel right at home here.

We have everything you need, and then some
When we say we offer you a lot, we mean it. Here are just some of the benefits you can expect while working with us.
Stimulating work environment
Clear focus
We don’t go from one client to the next. Instead, we put all of our efforts into products for Porsche. This means no frantic fixes or pulling an all-nighter to fulfill the wishes of clients.
Performance feedback
Flattery may get you everywhere, but being honest with each other keeps us both growing. We keep each other in check with regular 1-on-1 sessions, as well as 360 reviews.
Porsche in garage
Our Cayenne and Panamera aren’t just sitting in the garage. We use them to test our work in real cars, learn from the results, and apply those insights to both existing features and whatever we build next.
Career switch
Second-guessing your career choice is perfectly normal. You may want to explore something new after a few years in the same position. If you do, we'll support you.
Flexible hours & location
Not every day fits neatly into nine-to-five, and neither does everyone’s ideal place to work. Choose the setup that works for you and adjust your hours when life calls for it.
Education Budget
Take a course, buy a book, or go to a conference. However you like to learn, you’ll have a budget to spend on what helps you expand your horizons.
Your Well-Being
Mental Health
Taking care of yourself goes beyond the physical. That’s why we subsidize psychotherapy sessions and leave the choice of therapist entirely up to you.
Paid Sick Leave
If you’re feeling under the weather, stay home and let us know you can’t come in. You have 42 days of sick leave per year that are paid in full.
Annual check-ups
Why wait until something feels off? A yearly check-up at a private clinic is on us, so you can stay one step ahead when it comes to your health.
Additional Health Insurance
Health is wealth, and we’re happy to invest in yours. Additional health insurance comes covered by us.
MultiSport card
Gym, yoga, swimming, or whatever gets you off the couch. Choose your fitness membership, and we’ll subsidize it.
Nice Extras
Free Language Courses
We offer paid language courses to help you master English, German, or Croatian. It’s a chance to learn something new and level up your language skills.
