We’re now looking for a Product Owner to join our AI & Chatbot Solutions team, where we develop chatbot products used both internally and by customers across web and mobile platforms.

In this role, you’ll define product vision, translate business needs into AI-driven solutions, and guide a cross-functional team from idea to launch while working with modern LLM systems, RAG architectures, and cloud platforms.

If you already have a solid Product Owner foundation and a growing interest in AI, we’ll support you in stepping deeper into the technical side as you build meaningful products with us.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of experience in defining or implementing digital products
proven experience navigating the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to delivering production-ready software
outstanding communication skills with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
experience in cross team collaboration
experience working in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
strong decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (Azure or AWS)
understanding of Large Language Models, Agentic frameworks and RAG
excellent command of written and spoken English

Bonus points

experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools
experience working in SAFe environment
experience working in a product-oriented, cross-functional organization
experience in AI governance and IT security
experience in automotive, mobility, or enterprise software environments

Your responsibilities

serving as the bridge between the Engineering team and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and shared goals
defining and maintaining a clear product mission and roadmap, tailored to the unique needs of data-driven solutions
prioritizing engineering initiatives in close collaboration with tech leads and business partners
coordinating with the Scrum Master to optimize team workflows and deliver product outcomes effectively.
driving communication with all stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
ensuring compliance of data products with company and legal policies (e.g., data privacy, security, and retention)
defining and monitoring data quality metrics and addressing data quality issues as they arise
writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria for data solutions
coordinating with product managers, data engineers, analysts, and UX/UI designers to deliver value incrementally
facilitating stakeholder feedback loops to continuously improve our data products
supporting the team in maximizing the business value of our data assets

Salary Range

3800 - 5200 € gross
