Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
- at least 2 years of professional experience in a customer-focused or key accounts-oriented position involving technical knowledge of the company’s products and services
- comfortable working in and assisting others through the company’s help desk software
- experience with ticketing systems, such as Freshdesk, BMC Remedy, Zendesk, Jira
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- excellent reporting skills – advanced user of MS Excel
- excellent communication skills—a large part of your work will involve direct communication with clients and colleagues, so you should excel at being clear and concise
- ability to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with many varied technical requests
- ability to summarize information accurately and precisely
- great attention to detail—the devil is in the details, so you should be able to spot issues others usually miss
- fluency in English, written and spoken
Bonus points
- experience with data analytics platforms such as Tableau
- experience with ticketing system such as Freshdesk
- prior working experience in the payment industry will be considered an advantage
Your responsibilities
- understanding and resolving complex problems related to payment
- collaborating with different operations teams in Porsche to gain insight into the challenges they are facing in relation to payment
- working closely with the payment team to help them resolve technical issues while filing support requests with our strategic Payment Service Provider (PSP)
- providing support to online and physical Porsche shops
- taking care of compliance topics and due contractual obligations
- administering user accounts and their respective roles within the payment platforms
- management and configuration of POS devices and providing support for POS integration
- following written procedures for creating and updating user accounts
- using dashboard metrics to understand the performance of the payment system
- creating reports on payment metrics and benchmarking to KPIs
Salary Range
1500 - 1900 € gross
