Design, software development, and data are a big part of what we do. But behind all that work is the IT setup we rely on every day, and that’s where you come in.
As our Junior Tech Support, you’ll be one of the people we turn to when technology gets in the way of our work. You’ll solve IT issues, prepare equipment for new colleagues, support Microsoft 365 tools, keep track of our IT assets, and help improve the services and processes our teams rely on.
And since this is a junior role, we don’t expect you to know everything from day one. What matters more is that you’re curious, eager to learn, and ready to dig into a problem when something isn’t working. Along the way, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn, suggest better ways of doing things, and gradually take on more.
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
- initial IT experience gained through studies, internships, working student positions, or personal projects
- an analytical mindset and curiosity to understand and solve problems
- the ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities
- strong spoken and written English communication skills
- a willingness to help others and provide excellent support
- an interest in learning about workplace IT, user support, and IT operations
Bonus points:
- experience working with international team
- German language knowledge
- experience with Microsoft 365 tools and administration
- good knowledge of the macOS operating system
Your responsibilities
- support colleagues with day-to-day IT questions, requests, troubleshooting, and training
- help manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses across our digital workplace tools, including Microsoft 365, Atlassian, 1Password, GitLab, and VPN services
- support onboarding sessions, prepare laptops and other equipment, and provision user accounts for new joiners
- act as the first point of contact for office network support by triaging requests, carrying out basic troubleshooting, and reporting issues
- manage company devices, IT assets, conference room equipment, and inventory
- support the procurement of IT hardware and software
